Spatiotemporal patterns estimation (STeP) toolbox
SpatioTemporal Pattern estimation (STeP) toolbox is a suite of MATLAB functions to estimate repetitive spatiotemporal patterns from resting-state brain activity data, including MEG/EEG. Without the information of onsets, they can estimate several spatiotemporal patterns, even if they are overlapping.
Applicability
It is possible to reveal discrete events spontaneously occuring in our brains, such as remembering the past and imagining the future.
It can automatically extract typical patterns from various types of continuous data, such as sleep EEG and behavioral data.
