• Here, it explains the method of making cortex inflation file.

Input

• The file generated during "Cortex extraction from MRI image" is used.
  • MRI_TAL.vmr
  • MRI_TAL_RH_RECOSM.srf(Right brain cortex file - Tarairach coordinate)
  • MRI_TAL_LH_RECOSM.srf(Left brain cortex file - Tarairach coordinate)

Output

• It aims to obtain the following files.
  • MRI_TAL_RH_RECOSM_INFL.srf(Right brain inflation file - Tarairach coordinate)
  • MRI_TAL_LH_RECOSM_INFL.srf(Left brain inflation file - Tarairach coordinate)

Attention

• BrainVoyager doesn't correspond to the folder of a Japanese name.

  Don't use a folder on the desktop.

• HASP4 USB key is necessary for the start of BrainVoyager.
