Dataset of EEG-fMRI with CWL
Open-Access an EEG-fMRI Dataset with Carbon Wire Loops (CWLs):
An EEG-fMRI dataset with carbon wire loops in cognitive tasks and resting state (atr-EfP-2025)
An EEG-fMRI dataset with carbon wire loops (fMRI, EEG) from ATR EEG-fMRI Project (atr-EfP-2025; supported by Innovative Science and Technology Initiative for Security [Grant Number JPJ004596], ATLA, Japan) are openly available to the scientific community for examination and exploration. We obtained from xx participants in total during visual oddball task, n-back task, and resting.
- MRI: 3T MAGNETOM Prisma fit (64-ch head coils, Siemens), 3T MAGNETOM Verio (12-ch head coils, Siemens)
- EEG: BrainAmp MR plus, BrainAmp ExG MR, BrainCap MR (63-ch EEG, 1-ch ECG, 4-ch CWLs, Brain Products)
- Inside scanner CWL
- Outside scanner (SA task; 5-min resting state EEG; 64ch ActiveTwo, Biosemi )
